Achieving wellness is possible for anyone through a lifestyle of balanced living as nature intended.

I have a feeling many of you have experienced times in your life when your health feels “off” and you are unable to pinpoint the cause. This is frustrating and can be time-consuming and expensive if visiting different doctors and undergoing tests. Often times a long-awaited diagnosis turns out to be overwhelming and confusing.

My journey to wellness is still in progress. I am able to say that even with a Hashimoto’s diagnosis, I have experienced years of different lifestyle changes to improve my health. Putting autoimmune diseases into remission is possible!

I enjoy researching and practicing natural interventions, collaborating with experienced health advisors, and educating others on wellness.
